Today we found our dream home and put our offer in at 9:00 p.m. Fingers crossed we will know by tomorrow at 8 p.m. if we have a new home.

9 Weeks Prego
I still remember the first time that I walked into babies r us it was definitely overwhelming. The store was filled with everything that you could imagine to have for your baby plus a ton of other things. Well even with all of its craziness it is still one of my favorite stores, so I decided to show Ben the world of baby. Let’s just say he seemed to be extremely overwhelmed as well. My grandma and I are pretty much professionals at the way the store works now, so we were just looking at everything. We found these cute little pjs, the first one had ducks on it and the second one is baby green with poka dots that resembles a little doctor’s outfit. They were so cute and of course they were Carters. I don’t know what it is with me and Carters clothing but everything the baby owns so far is by them. Then as we were leaving there was sale’s rack that yes once again was Carters. Ben found these adorable little winter onezies. They were priced at 5 bucks for 2 of them; of course we had to get those too. When we took it up to the register it rang up for 3 dollars, SCORE. It was a great day we had a lot of fun. It is cool because my husband and I share the same taste in the things that we want for our baby.
We are just so excited.

The title says it all, I truly feel so blessed. I have a wonderful husband, a beautiful home, a great job, and a bundle of joy on the way. What more could a girl ask for.
Today was an amazing day for us. It was our first doctor’s appointment since we found out we were pregnant. First times with really anything are extremely nerve racking, you don’t know what to expect or how everything is going to turn out. I have to say though I was super impressed. We absolutely love our doctor, she is the best. Within a few minutes of speaking with her I knew that we had made the right decision. So once all the “extra fun stuff” was completed we got to move on to the ultrasound. OK, this is the moment that we have been waiting for, for what felt like a life time, or in more realistic terms 4 weeks. Although it was too early to hear the baby’s heartbeat since I was right at 8 weeks and 4 days, we still were able to see our baby and the heart beating on the screen. It was such a beautiful thing, I definitely had tears in my eyes and I could see my hubby getting a little choked up too. After that it was like a sigh of relief for us just to know that there really is a baby growing inside of me.
I can’t believe that it is almost here. Although it has only been a month of waiting it seems like an eternity. Me and my hubby are so excited about tomorrow, we decided to make a day out of it.

8:00 Drop the car off at the dealership
8:20 Breakfast at Bill Johnson’s
9:15 Arrive for baby appointment 30 minutes early
And well the rest of the day is undecided yet…
